This portal is designed for Next Step staff. Customers seeking careers advice should access the
Next Step website.
This portal provides updated content and reflects the Next Step identity, values and culture. This is intended as a ‘working prototype’ that will be reviewed, developed and enhanced in response to users’ feedback.

For the new National Careers Service website we are looking to source as many case studies as possible, demonstrating the impact we have on people’s lives. We would also like to film a number of these case studies, for example, people talking about their experience and also speaking to advisers. If they’ve got a job or have gone into learning we would like to interview their employer or tutor.
These films will appear on the website which we are developing at the moment.We are looking for inspiring stories from a range of backgrounds, the most important aspect is showing how careers advice has helped customers progress. We will do all the work – we just need the ‘case study leads’ from you! All we need is the case studies name, contact and a short summary of their experience of Next Step (adhering to encryption guidelines for personal data).
